Trust Medical Transport

Great company, great drivers and service. Recommended

They were able to schedule transport to my oncologist with very little time needed, I think I called 2 days before my appointment. I get very car sick, and while the driver there didn't really understand what that meant and so didn't understand why I was getting so upset when he kept missing the entrances to the highway, the woman who I spoke with afterwards treated me with so much empathy and made me feel really heard. I told her I didn't want to get anyone in trouble, and I truly did believe he didn't speak English and perhaps didn't know car sickness I caused by the fluid in your ears moving, and she made me feel like they would 100% for sure be addressing and retraining the driver And then when I called for a ride home, she scheduled an Uber black, and I got to go home in a Mercedes ! I want to think that it was to make up for the vomiting that happened on the ride to the doctor, when in reality my appt probably took too long and all of their regular drivers were off, lol. But I think at least she was happy that she got to schedule a ride home for me. I asked for her name so I could give her a shout out in this review, but she probably thought I was a creep. If anyone reads this review, she deserves a bonus for treating a cancer patient who might not have that much time left, with a notable amount of kindness and compassion. She also deserves a raise for the way she was able to listen, deescalate, offer a solution, and turn a bad experience (car sick ess) into a good one for me. Coming from someone who has worked retail and customer service, that is difficult to do. I am going to call this company first for all the appts that I have scheduled (4 this week) and hopefully when my insurance changes next month I can make them my regular provider.
