We have been using Nursing U Home Transport every week since July 2025 for transport to EIRMC Wound Care. They are so easy to work with in regards to scheduling rides. The vans are always very clean and the drivers are very friendly (Jane & Zach). Nursing U Home Transport is consistently on time for pickup both at home and at the hospital. I had to hire a medical transport to get me from Pocatello to Preston. The staff was amazingly kind and friendly the van was clean and the chair was Amazing. I was worried about the drive due to the pain I was in but the ride was smooth and no problems. Thanks for your assistance.

I hired a Medical Transport for my 88-year-old uncle to be brought from Idaho Falls, Idaho to Salmon, Idaho. I cannot say enough about the professionalism, the kindness, the information provided, and every other aspect of the job that Zac and his team provided.
