Serenity transportation is great! I used them after surgery when I could not drive temporarily through the Rides2Wellness program. Usually Kelsey picked me up. She is friendly, nice and efficient. She gives a call to let me know when she is on the way and was thoughtful of my safety as I was using a walker after the surgery and a neck brace. Travis went above and beyond to help get my Mom and her ride-along to and from her appointment on the same day due to the previous company not scheduling her as planned ahead of time. I just can't say enough how amazing this person is. Kelsey and Travis were excellent. She was prompt, kept in touch, communicated well, was a safe driver, was concerned about my getting on and out of the car and into buildings. She helped with my walker, watched me get into buildings safely and sometimes took my arm to help. She adjusted the seat prior to her arrival making easier to get into the car. She was friendly and a nice conversationalist with a pleasant personality. 5 Stars!!
