I am very impressed with 2MedAccess I happened to get booked with them when another company failed to pick me up. They called me as soon as they got the trip and said it would be a half hour but it was only 15 minutes. My driver was more concerned about my comfort than her own. She was extremely kind and considerate. Her name was Maranda and she was awesome.

Love this company! The owner and drivers go above and beyond to meet the needs of the individual clients. Always kind, considerate and respectful. Much better business practices than that other company in Waterloo.
