Northstar came thru in a pinch for us. My mother fell out of bed at her skilled nursing rehab and was taken by ambulance to the ER. When she was discharged we thought her skilled nursing facility would come to pick her up, but since this wasn't a scheduled event they didn't have a driver. The hospital said they could give her a ambulance ride back to the nursing home for 2000 dollars since insurance wasn't going to cover it. Called Northstar and in 45 minutes they had a knowledgeable courteous driver at the ER. Couldn't be more pleased.
