Iowa Careway Transit

I have used Iowa Careway Transit for a waver visit to my sister's which is about 2 hours away. They were good about letting me know when they would be there and showed up on time. Same for the trip home. The drivesa were kind and courteous making sure my needs were well accommodated. The vehicles were in good repair, which mad me feel safe.

Mostly nice drivers, some kind of rude. Ok time,not too early.They sometimes pick you up in those vans with only seating in front, which can be helpful or can be annoying. They get you where you need to go, and that's the main point. They will text to confirm you still need a ride the next day, responding to the text isn't enough. You need to call them as well if you no longer need their services. They didnt tell me this until after the fact, or offer the phone number to call until I asked for it. I had many numbers for them, but not the one I needed for that specific reason. If you are travelling with insurance paying for your ride, make sure you cancel correctly, or the companies could ban you and your insurance will hold it against you. Also, you cannot set up a specific time for your pick up, you have to call to say pick me up, so call ahead of time, as the drivers could be assisting another customer, and possibly not close by. This goes for a lot of companies. Overall, they got me where I needed to be and took me back home. That's the main thing.
