We used Palms Transport for the first time recently for a home visit for my 85-year-old grandfather, and it was such a great experience. Jacob helped us easily schedule a visit for the following day. When Charlie arrived with the van, he let us see the whole process and explained every step of what was happening to my grandfather. He was so nice and gently transported him in our home.
