Prompt Care Transport

Our assisted living facility has used this company several times and they are the best! Prompt, professional, clean-cut, and courteous. The drivers so far have all been nurses or EMTs. Our residents rave about them whenever we use this service. I would highly recommend Prompt Care Transport. It's our transportation of choice now. Prices are also very competitive.

Too bad there are only 5 stars available. Sam of Prompt Care was not only extremely professional, but also kind and compassionate. He communicated every single step to my sister in law while securing her in the transport vehicle, and was gentle and respectful. Top notch on every level. I am so very grateful. Laura Salvatore

Words cannot express the gratitude I feel for Sam Jones with PROMPT CARE Transportation!!! I had a traumatic experience with my last transport on 09/13/24. This driver could not "due to insurance restrictions" assist me in ANY way.I am a reasonable person & I understand protocol however, this communication/comprehension breakdown between United Healthcare & myself is how I feel the problem originated and it is unacceptable end of !! It matters not who is at fault here, the primary matter is that you get the RIGHT transportation for the RIGHT patient! Please learn from my experience & grant yourself a favor; caregivers you've earned it!! Confidently awaiting my (competent SAFE transport)imagine my dismay when I realized I had only a non English speaking "curb to curb"driver only!! IF I were to have dropped my father I am confident this person would've stood and watched!! You can avoid this happening to you simply by expressing your specific needs to PROMPT CARE TRANSPORTATION!!
