Big Family transport offers not only a transport service, but an experience of security and care. Both times I used them, Reggie was prompt and professional. I loved how he warned my sister in her wheelchair that we were about to make a sharp turn. I experienced this kind of "extra care" in many different ways. From booking the appointment with Jacque to our driver Reggie. They are a family business that takes their mission to heart.

I hired Big Family Transport to take my elderly, handicapped parents to the airport. They were very nervous to fly and couldn't manage their luggage or check-in process while using a cane and walker. Jacques assured me he would take great care of them and he and his son did! Reginald made sure that my parents were comfortable and got the support they needed at the airport. It gave me great peace of mind knowing they were in such good hands! I would definitely hire them again:)
