Had a procedure sometime last week where I had to undergo anesthesia and was pretty loopy. I informed staff about this ahead of time, as it was only me and no one to assist me. The ladies on the phone were great throughout the whole process and booking the transport itself was fairly easy. The transport team took care of me and were super nice, they waited for me in the waiting room of the hospital, helped me load into the vehicle, and made sure I was okay and comfortable and didn't feel nauseous, sick or anything of the sort. From booking this transport to being dropped off at my home (which they did a great job at making sure I was safe and sound) was an overall great experience and I would definitely, 100% book with this company again. They made everything quick and easy, they were very nice and personable, with amazing staff all around. I felt safe and comfortable. Thank you!!

This company was a life saver! Recently I had to bring my mom from the Orlando airport to my house in Altamonte Springs. Mom is wheelchair bound and I dreaded the whole process. Then my husband found this company. The whole process went smoothly. Marc and Marthe were very professional, punctual, and kind. Mom has dementia and Marthe interacted with her with so much compassion! Thank you for making a tough time bearable for us. I definitely recommend this company! It is really Top Choice!
