This company is simply AMAZING! Right By Your Side is the preferred transport company at my grandma's living facility. Their recommendation led me to using this service to transport my grandma to and from bingo today for an overdue fun day out. All I can say is WOW. They went above and beyond - from getting her right from her room to taking her right to the bingo table. They were on time (and even accommodating for an earlier than expected return pick up). The two drivers also had such an amazing and positive attitude. I'm looking forward to working with them again soon. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
