My experience with this company was good. The customer service provided by the drivers was courteous and I specially appreciate their professionalism. However, I believe there are stills areas for improvement, such a customer service over the phone and punctuality in patients pickup (something that is generally seen across most transportation companies). Overall it's a reliable company.
