Required transportation to my doctors office after becoming immobile. Could not get references anywhere and had to rely on online searches. I chose Premiere Healthcare with much trepidation but it turned out to be a great choice. The process was simple and I also had direct communication with the CEO of the company, Mrs. Sing who walked me through it. My ride, Ramon, arrived 5 minutes early and assisted me with a few other matters besides being transported, He also explained every detail of the trip to me and was very friendly. He stayed with me throughout and returned me home safe and sound. I hope no-one ever has to need this type of transport, but if you do, you will be completely satisfied with the services provided by Premiere Healthcare and Transportation Services. Thank you guys!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and would not use anyone else. I have used them to transport my 87 year old mom who is in a wheelchair and lives in a nursing home, to several doctor appointments and from NCH hospital. The owner and drivers are always extremely professional, courteous, kind, caring, trustworthy and patient with my mom. They answer the phone right away. The drivers safely secure her in their van, and they are always prompt and reliable. Their prices are lower than other companies we have used in the past, and those companies were not reliable. In fact, they came to our rescue with no advance notice one day when another more expensive company did not show up even though we had reserved the time in advance. Ever since then, we have always used Premiere, and the service and experience has been EXCELLENT. We are so thankful for this company and their staff.

Very easy to schedule with, professional, courteous, and prompt! They have beautiful vehicles for very easy loading and unloading, and are so kind and respectful. I can't say enough about this company!
