I am so grateful for this company. My dad's birthday was yesterday and the NEMT van arrived as scheduled. Unfortunately, the van could not fit my dad!s chair (too wide). I was very insistent on them making a way to fit him, but the driver called me with high concerns for my dad's safety. I became a bit emotional at the idea of my dad being unable to make it to his planned birthday party. The owner dispatched another driver in 30 minutes (this driver wasn't even scheduled to work and he came ). We were able to fit him on this van Thank you so much for accommodating us but also caring for the well-being of the people you transport. I plan to do business with this company again.
