The manager for this company, Mr. Nando, is very argumentative. He talks over you and doesn't respect agreements. The drivers are EXCELLENT, specially Miss Leslie, the Cadillac Driver, she is PROFESSIONAL, CARING, RESPONSIBLE, A GREAT LISTENER, a GREAT ASSET for the company. I gave them 3 stars because of Mr. Nando lack of customer service, but he really deserves 1 star. To resume, drivers are GREAT, SPECIALLY the Cadillac Driver, Miss Leslie but management needs a different direction.
