The two guys that helped me move my bedridden mom from Miami to Tampa were wonderful. The service helped make a stressful experience much better.

I initiated a NEMT/ambulatory pickup through the Call The Care website. I received a call 10 minutes later from the number listed on the Swift Care website (not the number listed on the CTC website) confirming the pickup and processing the payment. I asked to receive a pickup confirmation email, which was never received. I was billed by Swift Care and received a receipt. When I called CTC the day before my pickup, the operator informed me that CTC is owned by Swift Care. On the day of transportation, I provided the RN the contact information for CTC to coordinate my pickup. CTC was supposed to call the RN upon arrival to coordinate my discharge - but the CTC driver called me directly. Since the CTC driver only spoke Spanish, he texted me that he arrived (10 minutes early) and was waiting in the pickup area. I had to explain to the RN that my transportation had arrived and the RN had to accompany me to the CTC pickup. The car that picked me up was a 4-door Kia. Generally a positive experience excluding the CTC/SC confusion.
