My family has used this service many times. Bruce gives fair pricing, and their system messages when they are on the way. We are lucky to get Chris as our driver every time. Chris arrives on time (every time), helps when needed, & is very courteous. I recommend this service for your wheelchair bound family/friends.

I would give this company 20 stars if I could. I couldn't recommend them more highly. They are gentle, compassionate, available, timely, capable, and reasonable - they will move mountains to help. They truly care about people and it comes through in everything they do. They were there within a couple hours when my dad needed to go to the ER. They waited with my mother to quietly support her after they were finished transporting him and could have left, when there was a hiccup admitting him to the ER. And after his hospitalization, when the hospital dragged its feet for 8 hours on his transport home, Gentle Hearts got to him to get him home within 30 minutes of me calling them. Their vehicles are clean, new, and comfortable, and family/caretakers can accompany the patient. Don't bother calling anyone else - put your mind at ease and call Gentle Hearts!
