I used them for Stair chair service. When I called, they took the time to explain the service, so when they arrived I knew what to expect. I had no idea this existed and I'm so happy my brother was safely taken up 4 flights of stairs. The stair chair was so much safer and stress free. Other companies hand carried with bed sheets which seemed very dangerous and was hard on my brother. Thank you Charles and Gilberto for helping us out.
