Global Jetcare is on our speed dial, from now on! They swooped in and saved our lives! My athletic husband fell and snapped his femur in half. In a third world Island, there is no health care, much less Trauma care. I called several care flight companies and this is the only company that understood our urgency. We were off the island within 5 hours, and transferred to the nearest, capable hospital, in the US. They took care of everything!
