My elderly mother had Dr.s appt @ last minute, day before appt., WB Medical Transportation was fortunately available, thank goodness. Micheal, our driver,was professional, helpful, polite, & knew his way around town. He gently helped get mom into & out of transport van in her wheelchair, snuggly securing not only the wheelchair, but mom herself. When appt. was over, I called # provided & to our delight, Michael was already downstairs waiting! The trip was most pleasant, even considering the destination. I cannot be more pleased & grateful for the absolutely wonderful service WB Medical Transportation provided. We most definitely WILL be calling WB Medical Transportation should such a service be needed in the future. My husband was fortunate to use wb medical transport.The service was spectacular. Both the dispatcher and the driver They were professional, respectful, and kind, making us comfortable. The vehicle was clean and accommodating. I must say their punctuality is to be reckoned with. I would sincerely recommend this company.
