I am very impressed. I think driver name is Roger. But I got picked up on time both way and he was very considerate and kind. Us in the neurodivergent community needs more transportation services like you guys. Van temp, music etc was what ever individuals in the neurodivergent community long for. It was my first trip out with my scooter and you guys made it amazing trip. Thanks. I hope I have future rides with you guys

Excellent service, very professional, very respectful. The driver, Leonel, was very good at transporting my grandmother. He dropped her off at the appointment on time and picked her up on time. I recommend him. High quality

Actual rating: 2.5 This company is okay if you aren't neurodivergent. If you are neurodivergent or are caring for an individual with complex medical issues, this company is definitely not for your needs. To save you from added hardship (and the company as well), find another provider. ------------------------ My mom was transported home on 5/15/2025. Unfortunately the drivers were not capable of navigating non-ada compliant spaces. I blame Avante at Boca Raton for this. A crew of 4 people was needed. This company is not an ambulance company. This task was beyond the scope of their work. I had to call 911 to get my mom into her bed. I was frustrated because of the language barrier. I do not speak Spanish. The drivers claimed not to speak English. My mom was frustrated as well. You would be in distress too if you weren't able to communicate. Calling the company was did not solve the issue. I asked if the drivers recorded the situation and posted it to tiktok. They did not. The company does not have UM/NSU-CARD or FSU-CARD certification. It's somewhat sad their staff doesn't have either considering where their office is located. Neurodivergent individuals exist and sometimes neurodivergent individuals are caregivers for their family members. My rating is generous compared to the other reviews. I'm fortunate my family member made it home alive and not blue in the face. There is always room for improvement. Edit 1: There is ALWAYS room for improvement. My rating is generous compared to the other 1 star reviews. No mention of Miami Dade County in the company's response. My mom's case might have been the rare exception.
