I have used this service twice for out of town appointments. Both times I have been treated with kindness, and I've gotten to my appointments early. I rode with Mike the first time and Carl the second time. Both times I scheduled with Rose. Mike and Carl were very personable and friendly. Rose was to the point and professional. I met Mike and Rose when I moved here about 7 years ago. I can tell you they will do everything they can to make sure you get a safe comfortable ride and are treated respectfully and kind and they will also try to pick you and drop you off on time, now life as you know isn't perfect and things do happen that may cause a little wait time l, but I know for sure that all of the drivers are doing there best to get to everyone on time.. a really good group of people.
