I had such a comfortable and safe ride today. Nancy Trijilo was my driver this afternoon and she was an absolute delight! She was professional and welcoming. She was completely focused on my safety and the safety of the road for the entire ride. I appreciate the great drivers MedRide hires!

Excellent company - great drivers both in skill and punctuation! EVERYONE is kind and patient, I highly recommend them for whatever your ride needs are. Every driver I've had say the same thing 'I love my job'...! Most important is I feel safe with the drivers and their abilities, as well as their newer, well kept vehicles. Thanks for being 100% reliable, kind, and safe - it makes being alone while dealing with health issues feel less scary and allows the community to take care of themselves...

Thank you for providing excellent customer service. I have had several different drivers, Jonas, Ed, Zita, to many to remember but I do call after each ride to give the driver kudos. I have now had Noelle twice and she is absolutely amazing, so kind. I also want to give thanks to Courtney, Mindy and Stephanie and I'm sure I'm missing a few who answer the phone under the private pay line. They are all so sweet and show professionalism as well as very compassionate. Thank you to all of Medride....
