I'm a home health nurse. I've used Metro Care to get patients to the hospital in a couple recent cases. I've appreciated the professionalism of the staff and the promptness of the response. Both of my patients report being very satisfied wih their care.

I am a person who is afraid of doctors/ambulances but these guys took great care of me this morning. Words can't express how much they put me at ease. Extremely professional and sympathetic. I wish I would've caught their names but I was in so much pain. One of the emts even helped me out by grabbing my keys in my 3 dog filled apartment (lol). If you ever need an ambulance in the aurora area CALL THESE GUYS!!!!
