Drivers work with different county, state and federal agencies. FedVan is entity of SOL and transports Veterans to and from VA hospitals mostly in wheelchairs. They are very concerned about Van safety and people''s safety. The complaint about back-up noise at 5am is because , alot of Veterans are unfortunately on dialysis and are treated thru out the day and very early hours in the morning at various facilities around San Diego.
