My mom is in a wheel chair so my family has been using Chris and his team for an about 4 years now. They ALWAYS provide excellent service and ALWAYS treat my mom with so much kindness and respect which my mom especially loves. I highly recommend this company for any of your special transport needs. Great service. my mom had to be transported for her doctors appointment by Gurnee and they did a phenomenal job in handling her. They made sure she was comfortable. The ride was smooth and she felt very well taken care of and respected. I highly recommend them to everyone. Chris had explained about his equipment prior to the ride and gave me confidence and they would get the job done and take care of my mom and every word that Chris spoke. He went above and beyond.
