I''m a senior, 73, and needed their service twice within a month. Not only were they courteous and gentle, warning me of any bumps, and staying by my side the whole trip, from door to door. The Alphas. I was talking to a friend on the phone, when suddenly the line went silent. However, the phone was still connected and this was highly unusual for him. He was not responding so I called AlphaOne Ambulance Medical Services. They sent a team out to check on my friend and everything turned out OK.
