We had a last-minute need for a family member transport. I called a few places, and this was the only one that answered the phone on a Sunday. Turned out to be a fabulous experience! The gal who helped us set up the appointment was friendly and professional. My family member said Kevin, the driver, was awesome. Kevin was super friendly, engaged in conversation with my family member, showed compassion, and was caring. I wish I knew how to thank Kevin--what a great experience for our family.

I used this company to transport my husband to an eye appointment, They showed up on time, I did call the day before that we were on the schedule for pick up, They confirmed we were, I had a difficult time finding someone to transport non emergency, My son saw their vehicle pull into a parking lot and he ask for information and Honi gave him a card, My son recognized him as the man he had talked to when he arrived to transport my husband, He represented the company well,

These guys go above and beyond!! Ronald our driver and Michael in the office make sure all my last minute changes happen so smoothly. I don''t know what I would do without them. They take such good care of my mom like she was theirs. I just want to thank you both on being such caring and thoughtful people.
