Appt cancelled and driver showed up anyways. We felt so terribly bad for the Transportation Driver for coming all this way. The driver was very nice. But We still felt very sad for the lack of communication that happened. It just was just so Sad. .

I always have a good experience when taken to my Appointments by TriCounty all the drivers are polite and friendly courteous. I like to make conversation with them but sometimes I feel I talk to much but they never say anything. Jeff (Driver)cracks me up really good guy along w Glenn well all the drivers are great. Thanks TriCounty....
