MedQuest was friendly and professional. They arrived early and explained how they would get me down my stairs. They took me to my doctor''s appointment and made sure to check in when I needed to be picked up (they stay onsite for you). It was a great experience. I would recommend them to anyone needing non-emergency medical transportation.

MedQuest was PERFECT! It was hard because I didn''t have a definite discharge time OR day They flexed and made it happen! The EMTs were terrific. I had a total knee replacement and I didn''t want my leg swelling up for a long time. I have big terra cotta tiles outside my place so it would have been a fall risk. I found out the next day the elevator near my unit and corridor was in repair so I would have had to walk around complex. I had to get home from UCLA to Pasadena and it took 75 minute...
