We have been researching NEMT services for reasonable price, serving Pasadena area, courteous and professional drivers. I was mostly interested in wheelchair door-to-door service. I contacted this company and spoke with Frank, the Owner. He was very pleasant and answered all my questions. So I booked a reservation and was very pleased. Frank, picked me up at Inglewood health care center who was my driver. who took me to my dental appointment on time. Was very friendly,a good driver, and even asked what kind of music I liked and told him hi energy disco music .I''m 57 yrs so that was my era in my days put some on for me and it was nice to hear any music after being in the hospital for almost 2 months. So thank you frank for making my day!!

My mom had a ff up check up with her broken femur , and desperately looking for a transport service. Talked to Frank and give us a reasonable price. Frank , Daniel and Gio were very PROFESSIONAL and even went beyond their service by helping us esp my mom who has dementia/ Alzheimer''s - they waited patiently and even look for my mom while I was inside the clinic for filling up some paper works ... VERY HELPFUL , RESPECTFUL and always with a SMILE on their face... They were even ahead of time ...
