Excellent experience. Daniel & Tiger helped me. Unable to use a wheelchair and transport myself, I contacted this company for help with Non-Emergency Medical Transport. Accepted my MediCAL. Super friendly over the phone, no waiting on hold or anything. I am VERY delicate and difficult to move at this point, and my special instructions/equipt. were noted properly. Even when I followed up to confirm, they already had everything down and ready for me. They were patient with me on pickup. No rush...

Needed a bariatric transport for my mom. They were nice and informative on the phone when I called to request it, they were on time and the guys who came to get her were really nice and made her feel comfortable. Awesome service from beginning to end.

We used a different medical transport for the first trip and they were very unprofessional. We decided to use someone else and that''s when we called MaxCare Ambulance and they were great! We will be definitely be using their services for my mother''s appointments.
