My mom and I consider Patrick from MediTaxi as Heaven sent. My 89 yo mom (wheelchair bound) and I were left stranded (by another transport company) at a post office the other day after an appointment to take care of mom''s passport. We called a diff transport co who kept us hanging, waiting for a driver for 3 hours until it was time for the Post Office to close and still no driver!! We had to wait outside, panicked as it was getting colder outside and was going to get dark soon! And no driver...
