This a great company to help get disabled people to and from appointments. They have both gurney and/or wheelchair transport. My personal experience with this company merits 5 plus, as the drivers and I had experienced a very long wait at our destination. They were kind, compassionate, and patient. Also, I was able to book a ride right away, as they are a new company. The price was lower than their competitors as well.

MedCare Transport is a new company we have been using to transport our quadriplegic family member to and from the hospital and doctors'' visits. They have made a few administrative errors, and their office procedures seem to be a bit in the growth phase, but their level of service is superb. Each administrative error was quickly fixed, with courtesy and apologies.
