My experience with Eden Medical Transportation, LLC was outstanding. Our driver, Moufeed, was on time, professional and courteous. I have a severely damaged foot that needs to be elevated, and he went above and beyond to make sure the wheelchair was perfectly set up and that I was safely and comfortably transferred into the van. We needed non-emergency medical transport to get my wife home and in the house following ankle replacement surgery. We used Eden Medical Transportation, and it proved to be a very good decision. Eden Medical Transport was there for us when we needed to transport our loved one who was in a wheelchair 3x a week from her nursing facility to her dialysis center. Farida was in constant communication via text with us about pick up and drop off. One time the driver got a flat tire and Farida called to personally apologize for being late.
