Signing up with dial a ride was quite easy. I was able to download an application online but had to submit it in person. There was no charge for registering as a rider. I will travel with father as a personal care assistant so I had to register as well. Travel is 50 cents each way in town and a dollar going out of town. Out of town travel is for government and medical appointments only. It must be within a 5 mile radius of city hall. There was plenty of parking at the facility and I encourage...
