So grateful we discovered MedSafe. They have such courteous drivers. Theyre always on time and were super patient when putting my dad on the stretcher, and allow me to travel with him in the van for free to Davita. There have been times when our dialysis appointments ran longer than expected but the drivers waited. Thanks for your kindness!

The company I was using called last minute to say they couldnt keep our appointment! So, I frantically called around. MedSafe was a lifesaver! They answered my call late at night and they were able to accommodate my grandma for her scheduled dialysis appointment the next day. My grandma, who is not the easiest person in the world to please said the driver was very friendly, on time, and polite! She told me she only wanted to work with this company from now on - so we switched.

Medsafe transported my 97-year-old mother who is bedbound, over 65 miles and it could not have gone better.
