It was easy to schedule my wife's appointment with Top Water Transit. I called and left a message. They called me back within an hour. We set up the date and time for them to pick up my wife from inpatient Rehab and bring her home. The morning of her transfer, the drive was almost an hour early. She told my wife to take as much time as she needed to get ready, because she was early. My wife was ready to go, so the driver loaded her up, my wife was in a wheelchair due to paralysis in her left side. She got my wife to our home, unloaded her and brought her inside our home. The driver was very nice, cordial and helpful. If you're needing a non-medical transit service, I highly recommend Top Water Transit. They were about a 10th of the cost of an ambulance service doing it. Great job, Top Water!

I have had an absolute amazing experience today with my driver Mark! My sugar bottomed out and he took me to get food before it became to low and he was nothing but kind and considerate of me and my beeping pump and phone! Thank you so much for my wonderful trip!
