Great transportation for single parents who are in need of transportation to get our kids to and from apointments it's a blessing to have transportation like scat I just want to thank you scat for always being there for all single parents and also want to thank medicade for helping single parents and our children get to and from apointments because if it wasn't for my boys and I having medicade and medicade paying for the scat bus transportation life would be alot harder for all single parents .so thank you and god bless you

They get you where you want (or need!) to go within the Malvern area. They are nearly always on time, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Sometimes the driver might arrive up to a half hour early from the time reported over the phone by a worker in the office. It is always best to call ahead, even a day or two in advance when possible. Overall they do a great job!

I called for a ride to the doctor over 30 minutes before I had to be there. (Asthma check up) The dispatcher told me it would be over an hour before they could get to me. I'm 5 blocks away from the station and 8 blocks from the doctor. I walked. However, the dispatcher was pleasant and apologetic so I'm not mad. I imagine they are short staffed because of the pandemic.
