I cannot say enough about Fort Smith EMS. They were quick to respond to our medical emergency and helped us during a very difficult time. Special shout out to Autumn Cox who went above and beyond. Sirens scare me and I pray every time I hear one for whomever the response is for. But it sure was comforting to hear it coming to our house that early morning when we needed them.
