I would like to send this Letter of Appreciation to Regional Paramedical Services out of Leeds Al. I would like to share our experience with all who reads this post. Sunday 8-16-2020, my wife was having problems breathing with chest pains. The two people who responded to our 911 call, was Ms. Eva Foley and Mr. Alex Smith. They provided expert service and with that extra personal touch of a caring person. When that kind of personal touch they showed us, it really shows us we are lucky to have this high caliber of people doing the job they do.
